1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Luminara Car Care website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Description

Luminara Car Care provides mobile car care services including, but not limited to, car washing, interior cleaning, polishing, paint protection, tinting, and related services. Services are delivered at locations specified by the customer.

3. Account Registration

To book services, you must create an account by providing a valid phone number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Prices displayed on the Services are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable
  • Payment is required at the time of booking and is processed securely through our payment provider
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; changes will not affect confirmed bookings

5. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund
  • Late cancellations (less than 2 hours before service) may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • If we cancel a service due to weather or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the specified location and time
  • Remove valuable items from the vehicle before the service
  • Provide accurate vehicle and location information when booking
  • Report any damage or concerns within 24 hours of service completion

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care in providing our services, Luminara Car Care shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects to the vehicle
  • Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on our website and app are the property of Luminara Car Care and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
